If documents you upload via our document upload feature contain sensitive information, we will store that data on your behalf, in line with the purpose and function of the document upload feature. 3.4 Financial Information: Your account number, credit card or other billing information, account balance when linked through a secure third party, and account type, institution, and ownership details. 3.5 Purchase information: Details of the products or services you have purchased from us.

3.6 Device Information and Unique Identifiers: Your IP address, login information, browser type, time zone, and general geolocation data, collected when you sign up, sign in, or interact with marketing messages. “Geolocation data” refers to information about your location or the location from which you access our site.

3.7 Audio, Visual and Usage Information: We may record your voice during support calls and capture your interactions with our website via screen recording software. We may collect information about how you interact with the Timely website to improve your user experience, track page response times, and log download errors. 

 3.8 Data About Others: If you share someone else’s contact information through our shared access features, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to share their Personal Information with Timely. Timely will have the given rights to contact them based on the contact information provided. Do not share Personal Information about anyone else without their consent.

4.1 Children’s Data: Our services are intended for use by individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect, share, or sell Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. While you may enter information regarding dependent children in your documents, we will only collect this information with your explicit consent and restrict its use to the specific business purpose of creating your estate plan.  
4.2 Data from EU Citizens: Our services, products, and site are designed for adults in the United States, and we do not intentionally collect data from any individual who is a citizen or resident of the European Union.

5. How We Use Your Data

CalOPPA (California Online Privacy Protection Act) was the first state law in the United States to require commercial websites and online services to display a privacy policy. This law applies not only to businesses in California but also to any individual or company in the U.S. (and potentially worldwide) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers. Our Policy on "Do Not Track" Signals:
